What Hasn't Changed

No one in this family likes to get up early. You'd think I would get up early to feed the 40 animals or work in the garden before the sun spreads it's heat. No thank you! The animals have adjusted to our schedule and I just put on sunblock and challenge those rays in the middle of the day. The problem is, it is so fun out here in the evening that everyone wants to be outside until the sun goes down. Then we go to bed late and exhausted. Thus, we sleep a little later than the average farmer. It will be interesting to see if this changes the longer we do this.

I'm still unorganized. I still start new projects before I finish others. I still love to read lots of books at the same time. And I still get irritable when people aren't doing what I say when I say. But I am working on that one!!

What a beautiful picture of Dovie on Mr. Freckles. I almost missed Gus, though, sitting there.

Love,
